The beautiful, historic Beaux-Arts Morgan Memorial Building of the Wadsworth Atheneum has been restored to its historic splendor and showcases over 1,000 works of European painting, sculpture, and decorative arts. The post-war and contemporary new art galleries are brimming with works by artists like Sol LeWitt, Martin Puryear, Cindy Sherman, Kiki Smith, and Andy Warhol.
